    Insurance & Payment Information

Some clients prefer private pay to maintain confidentiality and keep insurers out of their personal affairs. If you would like to use your insurance to help cover the cost of therapy, We encourage you to reach out to see if we are in-network with your provider.

We are in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have a different insurance provider, we can guide you through checking whether we are in-network with them or if your plan offers out-of-network benefits. We can also provide superbills or monthly statements to help you access out-of-network benefits, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), or employer reimbursement plans. Please check with your insurance provider or employer for details on your reimbursement options.

  • Therapy can be incredibly helpful for many people in managing stress, improving relationships, and healing from past trauma. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with communication or emotional challenges, therapy may offer a safe space for exploration and growth. During an initial consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns and explore whether our approach aligns with your needs. If you’re uncertain, taking the first step in reaching out is often the most important part of the journey.

  • The length of therapy varies for each individual, depending on the nature of the issues you're addressing and your goals. Some clients may begin to feel better after just a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support for deeper relational or trauma-related issues. Together, we'll work to establish a plan that fits your unique needs and provide regular check-ins to ensure that you’re progressing in the direction you want. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • It’s natural to have questions or concerns about the therapy process. If you feel therapy isn’t working, we encourage open communication about your experience. We can discuss what’s going well, what isn’t, and explore adjustments to your approach. Sometimes, a shift in focus, therapy techniques, or even the pace of your sessions can make a significant difference. Your comfort and progress are our priority, and we’re here to ensure that your therapy experience is as effective as possible.
